training - conclusions from the human capital theory
While the role of classical production factors in the developed economies is diminishing, the fourth production factor - knowledge cumulated in the form of human capital comes to play. Human capital, like the physical one, undergoes development and depreciation processes - therefore, continuous investing in human capital is necessary. On the job training is one of the kinds of investments. Contemporary human capital models point out that, regardless of the type of training (general or specific), the benefits of training are shared by employer as well as employee. Thus, the cost of training should also be shared.

Aims and expectations towards advertisement of advertising donors and receivers seem to be completely different. But positions between sponsors, advertisement´s creators and consumers could and ought to be approachable. It´d bring reciprocal benefit and is required by market. The evaluation of advertisement could perform a big role in the dialog between donors and receivers of advertisement and contributing to creation and realization of advertisement´s aims concern not only on advertising effectiveness and efficiency but on needs and expectations of advertisement´s receivers and still growing requirements in the matter of ethics and advertising social responsibility, too..
Michał Sobczak - Still on changes in the students´ loans system
This paper is an answer to Prof. Jozef Orczyk´s paper on students´ allowances. It describes good solutions brought by system reformation of 2005. It indentifies also loopholes of the Students´ Allowances System and gives propositions of improvement. Additionally, topic of general expectations from further improvements of the system is introduced.

In this article analized was the understanding of powers in the field of social evindences which have the recruites in the Funadamentally Military Service. Researches which were carried shows that, the military men knowledge about their service and social evidences that theyt are able to get because of their functions and possibilities in realization of their expectations is not so low as they may think, what is an element, which has a negative influence on realization of their tasks connected with their calling to the Fundamentally Military Service.
Katarzyna Dojwa - Women in uniformes. Some aspects of duty women in military, police and border guards
Military, police, border guards, as well as fire, customs and prison services are among professions traditionally regarded as " masculine." Their range of duties and certain professional aspects made it almost impossible for women to be allowed to do these jobs, there were just a few women doing them. Nowadays it has changed due to both worldwide and European tendencies and peoples expectations towards the above-mentioned services. The number of women in military, police, border guards and customs service systematically rises, women make bigger and bigger percentage of all female applicants and officials. As regards various groups within the said professions, at the level of recruitment and selection, as well as women service itself there are significant differences. The phenomenon of " glass ceiling" is clearly noticeable as regards women taking high positions.
Robert Pawlak - Universal vouchers regulated by the state. The swedish successful experiment
The idea of school vouchers is a subject of a very eager discussion. Opponents forewarn against it and predict that vouchers will produce social inequalities in school systems, segregation and brain-drain of the best students from public to private institutions. The concept of universal school voucher is controversial especially. So, is possible to implement a universal voucher program not undermining the public education system, democracy and social cohesion? It seems to be. Such a program was introduced in Sweden.
