Andrzej M. Świątkowski - Romas' Social Rights the Council of Europe the 1965 Collective Complaints Procedure
Author presents collective complaint cases brought by NGO's against four EU Member States: Bulgaria, France, Italy and Greece during past three years to the European Committee of Social Rights of the Council of Europe (ECSR CoE). The Committee adjudicated those cases found out that the following Roma's social rights were violated: right to social assistance protected by art. 13 of the Revised European Social Charter (RESC); right of the Roma's families to social, legal and economic protection guaranteed by art. 16 RESC; right to protection against poverty and social exclusion declared in art. 30 of the RESC; right to housing - art. 31 RESC and right not to be discriminated against on the ground of origin - art. E of the RESC. The above mentioned decisions taken by the European Committee of Social Rights shows that some EU Member States do not cope with their international obligations to integrate Roma's. Roma's are disproportionately affected by unemployment, poverty, bad housing, poor health standards, violence and discrimination. Those decisions provides strong evidence that European Committee of Social Rights takes very active part in integration and well being of Roma's - the largest ethnic minority in Europe.

Urszula Brońska - Management Contracts in Employment
The article raises an issue of management contracts in the aspect of employment. It analyses institutions appearing in management contracts which are characteristic for the labour law as well as advantages and disadvantages of employing people under such contracts. The aim of the article is to present usability of management contracts and to draw attention to the necessity of distinguishing them from individual employment contracts.

Paweł Łuczak - The Changing Range of Social Enterpreneurship. Implications for the Employment
The aim of this article is to present innovative changes in regulations of social entrepreneurship which have been enacted in recent years in Italy and in the UK. These reforms can be regarded as an expression of a new approach to social economy. Text is an attempt to determine the consequences for the labour market policy caused by the changing range of social entrepreneurship in Europe. I assume that to address this problem we must take into account The Theory of Transitional Labour Markets.

Agnieszka Jeran - Labour Market Dynamics and Regional Development: Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship
Local labor markets in Poland are very varied. Each of them has its own unique character, but in the article author is trying to create and use a synthetic index of development. This index was calculated for each county in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship on the base of statistical data and then used for calculating coinciding with indicators of dynamics of local labor market. The results show weak or moderate connections, but reveal some synergic effects and point to same fields of potential effects.

Magdalena Stawowy - Marcin Kautsch - Quality of Medical Services and Hospital Accreditation
The article describes outcomes of the survey carried out on a group of Polish hospitals accredited by the National Centre for Quality Assessment in Health Care. The aim of the survey was to identify the groups of standards and individual standards that were difficult to implement, standards that weren't implemented and the causes of problems with implementation. Hospitals have problems with implementation of standards in a field of information management, hospital infection monitoring, anesthesiology and assessment of patient condition. The standards that weren't implement belong to groups called information management, anesthesiology and patient rights. The main reason of the problems was that the medical staff don't accept changes in hospital operation appearing during the implementation of Hospital Accreditation Program.

Andrzej Szybkie - The Polish-Canadian Agreement on Social Security

It describes the implementation of this principle in the field of pensions, some different implications deriving from aggregation to the national Polish legislation. It also provides detailed explanation on how complicated in reality is the implementation of the principle and how many different problems it causes.
